1. The service

Session Blueprint is a preparation and documentation tool for coaching practices. It helps coaches turn assessment results into session roadmaps and turn session transcripts into notes, action items and follow-up drafts. It is a drafting assistant: every output is reviewed, edited and delivered by the coach.

Session Blueprint does not provide legal, medical, psychological, educational placement or admissions advice, and its outputs are not a substitute for the coach's professional judgment.

2. Your account and your practice

Each practice (organization) is a separate workspace. Records are isolated at the database level so that only members of your practice can read or write your clients' data.

You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace, for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for having the permissions you need — including consent from clients and, where clients are minors, from a parent or guardian — before entering their information.

3. What is processed in your browser

Assessment PDFs, DOCX and text files you drop into Session Blueprint are parsed entirely in your browser. The file itself is never uploaded to, or stored on, our servers.

Live session audio is captured in your browser, sent in short chunks for transcription, and discarded once transcribed. Audio recordings are not retained.

4. What is stored

Only the text you choose to save is stored in your workspace: client contact details and coach notes you enter, session roadmaps, session notes, transcripts you save, action items and follow-up email drafts.

Assessment summaries are optional. After a roadmap is generated you may save a condensed text summary of the results to a client profile so later sessions have continuity without re-uploading reports. The summary is generated to keep headline results and to exclude identifiers beyond the client's name. The original file is still never stored.

You can delete any assessment summary, session record or client from within the app at any time. Deletions remove the record from your workspace.

5. AI processing

Generation, transcription and question-answering run through Lovable's AI Gateway, which routes requests to model providers such as Google Gemini and OpenAI. Under Lovable's policy, end-user data sent through the gateway is not used to train models.

Only the text needed for a request is sent — extracted assessment text, transcript text, your framework and the notes you have saved. Because files and audio are handled in your browser, the source documents themselves are never transmitted.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review every roadmap, note, action item and email before using or sending it.

6. Sensitive information and minors

Coaching records can include information about minors and other sensitive personal data. Store only what you need for the coaching relationship, and avoid entering health, disability, financial or government-identifier details into free-text fields unless your practice's own obligations require it and you have a lawful basis to do so.

You remain the controller of your clients' information and are responsible for meeting any obligations that apply to your practice, including FERPA, state privacy laws, and any professional or contractual duties.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Session Blueprint to upload content you have no right to use, to attempt to access another practice's data, to reverse-engineer or overload the service, or to make automated decisions about a person without human review.

8. Availability, warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Session Blueprint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made on the basis of generated content.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your workspace data.
